Description:
Creton is a pork spread that can make sandwiches with or it can be spread on
toast.
Ingredients:
1½ lb. ground pork
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 small sized onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a fry pan. Cook slowly for one hour stirring frequently.
After cooked put in small containers. Some of the containers can be stored in
the freezer for use at a later date.
